Camping Place Terms And Conditions

Cancellation or Failure to Appear

• You have the right to cancel your booking up to 7 days before the date of arrival. You will receive a full refund without undue delay.
• However, if you cancel later than 7 days before date of arrival you will not receive a refund for cancellation or failure to appear.
• You may change the date of arrival and date of departure of your booking without additional charges, subject to availability.
• We guarantee your reservation when paid by credit card or invoiced in advance.

Check-in and Check Out

• You can check-in to your camping place from 15:00 and up to 22:00.
• All visitors, however, must report to reception on arrival to provide identity documentation information for all adults.
• Check out is up to 12:00.
• Late check out up to 18:00 is possible by paying an additional payment.
• Early check-in from 08:00 is possible by paying an additional payment.

Glamping Hut Terms And Conditions

Cancellation or Failure to Appear

• If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the date of arrival, you will receive a full refund without undue delay.
• If you cancel later than 7 days but earlier than 2 days before the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund without undue delay.
• If you cancel later than 2 days before the date of arrival you will not receive a refund.
• You may change the date of arrival and date of departure of your booking without additional charges, subject to availability.
• We guarantee your reservation when you pay by credit card or other agreed payment method, in advance.

Check-in and Check Out

• You can check-in to The Glamping Hut from 15:00 and up to 22:00.
• All visitors must report to reception on arrival to provide passport or ID information for all adults.
• Check out is up to 12:00.
• Late check out or early check-in may possible subject to availability by requesting in advance at Reception and making an additional payment.

Smoking and Damage

Camping Veliko Tarnovo has a policy of no-smoking inside the Glamping Hut. A guest who smokes inside the Glamping Hut will pay EUR 100 cleaning tax.

The guest is also responsible for any damage caused on purpose or by negligence. This includes damage caused by pets.

Additional Guests

For security reasons, only persons who have checked-in at the Campsite have the right to reside on the premises of the campsite.  If you wish to invite a guest to join you at the campsite, please make a request at Reception. You may have to pay a fee.

Code of Conduct and Pets

Campsite guests must follow our Code of conduct.

Pets are welcome. See our Pet Friendly Policy.

Accommodation of minors

You must be over 18 to make a reservation. The person reserving a room for a minor is responsible for the minors.

Adults must supervise children when using the children’s play equipment and the Swimming Pool.

Payment

Payment in full ensures your goods availability at Reception. Please show confirmation of the order and payment when you collect your goods.

Holding Items for Collection

We will keep your order for the duration of your stay and up to 24 hours after you check out.

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact Reception to make other arrangements.

Documentation For Collection

Only you or a nominated person can collect your order.

When you collect your order please make sure you bring the copy of your purchase confirmed email.

If someone collects your order on your behalf please make sure they also bring your authority to collect the items.
