Why rent a campervan?

If you are interested in owning your own campervan, but want to try it out first with the family, renting is ideal. The vehicles are amazing, but the camping style of holiday doesn’t suit everyone, so renting is a super option to try it out before investing large amounts of cash.

What should you look out for?

Check the Campervan Rental contracts carefully. Just like you would renting a car. Check the vehicle carefully when you rent it, inside and out. Make sure you record any defects and show them to the renter. Take photos to record any damages already on the vehicle.

Check the situation about cleaning. Find out if you must clean the vehicle before you return it or will there be an additional cleaning fee on return? What is the situation about fuel? Ask what about their policy for fuel.

Find out whether they supply a range of adaptors for connecting to different electric hook-up points and water taps.
